Yes. Select By team count and set the value to two.

Can I name the teams?

Yes. Add custom team names in Advanced options before generating the result.

Does it balance teams by skill?

No. The current generator balances headcount only and does not collect or infer player skill, positions, or experience.

What is the difference between teams and groups?

Teams usually represent named or competing sides for sports, games, tournaments, or challenges. Groups are better for collaborative classroom, workshop, or meeting breakouts.
